ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

ยินดีต้อนรับสู่เว็บไซต์ของ บริษัท ดีไซซีพ เทคโนโลยี โปรดักส์ จำกัด ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข (“ข้อกำหนด”) ฉบับนี้ใช้ควบคุมการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของเรา รวมถึงการสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารที่จัดจำหน่ายโดยบริษัทฯ (“เรา” หรือ “บริษัทฯ”) โดยการเข้าชมหรือใช้เว็บไซต์นี้ถือว่าคุณตกลงยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้โดยสมบูรณ์
1. การใช้งานเว็บไซต์
คุณต้องมีอายุอย่างน้อย 18 ปี จึงจะสามารถใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้หรือสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราได้ โดยการใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้ถือว่าคุณรับรองว่าคุณมีคุณสมบัติทางกฎหมายในการทำสัญญาที่มีผลผูกพัน และข้อมูลที่คุณให้ไว้นั้นเป็นความจริงและถูกต้อง
2. ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารของเรา ไม่ใช่ยา และไม่มีเจตนาเพื่อวินิจฉัย รักษา บำบัด หรือป้องกันโรคใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
ข้อมูล รายละเอียด และภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์มีไว้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้ข้อมูลเท่านั้น ไม่ควรใช้แทนคำแนะนำจากแพทย์หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสุขภาพ
กรุณาปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยเฉพาะหากคุณตั้งครรภ์ ให้นมบุตร มีโรคประจำตัว หรือกำลังใช้ยา
3. การสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน
- การสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมจำหน่ายของสินค้า และการอนุมัติจากบริษัท
- ราคาทั้งหมดแสดงเป็นเงินบาท (THB) และอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- การชำระเงินต้องดำเนินการให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์ในขณะทำการสั่งซื้อผ่านระบบชำระเงินที่ปลอดภัย
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกหรือปฏิเสธคำสั่งซื้อใด ๆ ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม เช่น ข้อผิดพลาดด้านราคา หรือสงสัยว่ามีการทุจริต
4. การจัดส่งสินค้า
เรามุ่งมั่นในการดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าภายใน 3 วันทำการ ทั้งนี้ ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งอาจแตกต่างกันขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่จัดส่ง
บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้า ที่เกิดจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง พิธีการศุลกากร หรือปัจจัยภายนอกอื่น ๆ
5. การคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน
เนื่องจากลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร บริษัทฯ จะรับคืนสินค้าในกรณีต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น:
- สินค้าเสียหายหรือชำรุดเมื่อได้รับสินค้า
- ได้รับสินค้าผิดจากที่สั่งซื้อ
หากต้องการขอคืนสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
การคืนเงินหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าจะเป็นไปตามดุลยพินิจของบริษัท หลังจากตรวจสอบสินค้าแล้ว
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เนื้อหาทั้งหมดในเว็บไซต์นี้ รวมถึงข้อความ โลโก้ ชื่อผลิตภัณฑ์ ภาพประกอบ กราฟิก และองค์ประกอบการออกแบบต่าง ๆ เป็น ทรัพย์สินของบริษัท ดีไซซีพ เทคโนโลยี โปรดักส์ จำกัด ซึ่งได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ห้ามนำไปใช้ ทำซ้ำ หรือแจกจ่าย โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัทฯ
7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม หรือความเสียหายโดยบังเอิญ อันเกิดจากการใช้งานหรือไม่สามารถใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราได้
การใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารอยู่ภายใต้ความเสี่ยงของผู้บริโภคเอง
